About the Role

As a Marketing Manager at Abwaab KSA, you will lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to position Abwaab as the leading EdTech platform in the Kingdom. You’ll work cross-functionally with performance marketing, content, product, and social media teams both locally and regionally, using a data-driven and creative approach to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute Abwaab KSA’s marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

  • Analyze market trends, student behavior, and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.

Campaign Management

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, social, influencer, etc.) from ideation to execution.

  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing to launch and optimize paid campaigns targeting KSA audiences.

  • Set clear KPIs and track campaign performance across platforms (Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter).

Brand & Content Management

  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels.

  • Oversee the content calendar and coordinate high-quality content creation with writers and designers.

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Partner with relevant influencers and brands to expand Abwaab’s reach.

  • Build and manage a network of student, teacher, and parent ambassadors for online and offline campaigns.

Lead Generation & Performance Optimization

  • Design lead generation and nurturing strategies to drive conversions.

  • Analyze key marketing metrics to improve campaign ROI and user acquisition.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and regional teams to align marketing with business goals.

  • Report campaign outcomes and insights to stakeholders clearly and consistently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech or fast-paced startup environments.

  • Strong understanding of Gen Z/student behavior and digital trends in KSA.

  • Ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple projects
